The Fields

We currently have three fields of lavender with 1,500  plants total.  We grow seven varieties:  Grosso, Sensational, Maillette, Edelweiss,

Hidcote Blue, Folgate, and Royal Velvet.

At the present time, we are working on a

fourth field that will be planted in June.  We will add approximately 700 more plants including Provence, Gros Bleu, Super Blue and more

Royal Velvet.

Our remaining fields are devoted to hay.
