About Us
We moved to our farm in 2004 lured by the idea of wide open spaces and a chance to own animals. Other than that, we didn't have any specific plans for our property. Over the years, we have rented out our fields to horse boarders and grown hay.
In the fall of 2020, we began planning two lavender fields in areas of the farm that were underutilized. Our plans and ideas continued to evolve, and by fall of 2021 we had planted 1,500 plants in three separate fields.
Field & Flock Lavender Farm opened to the public on June 24, 2022. During our first season, we had the pleasure of welcoming visitors from southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and even California.
Our shop and production area are located in the barn. We have a covered patio that overlooks one of the fields so visitors can relax and enjoy the grounds. If you visit during the harvest, you can watch us distill and learn about the process.
